Our team has decades of experience, working with an interactive approach to Alterations and Custom Design. Our experts are highly educated, utilizing the most modern techniques to create a proper foundation and a perfect fit.
Alterations
All Alterations and Custom Design services are done in-house at our Lisle studio. For bridal gowns, alterations begin two months prior to your wedding date. Alterations typically take 3 fittings. We want to begin these as close to your wedding date as possible so that we are fitting as close to your body shape while still allowing ample time to complete the work to have the gown fit you beautifully! We always include hem, bustle, adjusting straps and side seams as well as build in a full bra-like structure in standard alterations. You’ll need to have your shoes and any desired undergarments with you at each of your appointments.
Custom Design
With our years of seamstress experience, we have the capabilities to build fully custom pieces for your wedding day including but not limited to veils, jackets, extended trains, sleeves, overskirts, hand stitched beading and more. Please call for more information.

We accept outside alterations and custom design projects for Bridal Gowns, Bridesmaids and Mother-Of and Social Occassion (depending on availability)
Please note, to accommodate our volume of appointments and allow the seamstresses to focus on the bride and the gown, we ask that additional guests only attend the final fitting in order to learn the bustle.
